Faq's Delivery & Terms..

Terms and Conditions.

Contact me for any questions you may have on fluffing the poms or hanging/display tips. Please state: rounded, pointed, urchin, scalloped or ruffles petals, plus colour pref. inc. colourway number, and also if you would like fishing line or 5mm wide organza white ribbon tied to your poms for hanging ( 1.5m) with your order in your emails to me . I can take payments by Phone: 07932 791 735 VISA, MASTERCARD & MAESTRO and bank transfers.

Paypal is also offered on this site.

1. We do not keep your payment details nor do we share any of your contact details.

2. Delivery Policy: I'm working on a 10 day lead time to make up bespoke item orders -. Weekday deliveries only UK only,

Via APC Couriers and/or Royal Mail If you wish to have poms sent abroad or faster than the first two options - please email us first for a delivery quote.Please do leave any delivery instructions on when ordering, i.e please leave with neighbour or in a 'safe place'. We do post out using a next day delivery service - but we need 6 working days to make your order. We can make orders faster, please email us before ordering.

If you make an online poms/tassels or roses purchase for delivery other than UK - we will email you with a new postage quote which of course you can accept or reject; in which case we will issue a full refund.

3. Refund / Cancellation Policy – Full payment in full is required up front . No refunds are accepted - if you change your mind about your poms... I can't receive them back. Unless I have made a pom up in the wrong colour i.e. if a sample swatch has been sent to you prior to your order and you have agreed this particular colour with me - If you have written down a colourway &/or number incorrectly on your email to me or wrong petals have been stated incorrectly by you, then I cannot send you a free replacement. If I send you a pom in an incorrect colourway - I will then send out replacements free of charge.

For hanging: each pom is supplied tied with 1.5 m of 5mm white organza ribbon or mono-filament. (I'm not a huge fan of this fishing wire as it can cause harm to wildlife if it is not disposed of properly, so please be sure to cut the filament into small pieces after use!! )

Petal type s- if you don't select a petal type we will send you our classic rounded petals

Please allow up to 7 working days plus 1 to 2 days for your poms to be delivered! UK ONLY if you need them sooner, please email or call

- If you have a SPECIFIC date i.e a wedding or a party....please email me as soon as you can with your date or call me Phone: 07947 308 325 and we can arrange a preferred postal date - this will add an additionally cost to your delivery - because of postal charges and any extra staff I may have to call in.

Safety first - Do not place the poms anywhere near children's cots or beds unless the hanging ribbon yarn or filament had been removed, as this can be very dangerous. Do not let children play with the poms unsupervised.

Do not use near naked flames.
